About Fresh With Edge

Chris Lukenbill owns and operates Fresh With Edge, an innovative aquaponic farm growing healthier, more flavorful produce for his local community. In a recent interview with Pat Garry at Post Bulletin, Lukenbill states:

“With our produce, we can reduce the time from harvest, from days to minutes, and the distance traveled from harvest from hundreds of miles to blocks,” he said. “We are able to grow the food just down the road from where we sell it, but we’re also able to allow people to harvest the produce themselves. That way, the shelf life of the produce starts right when our customers harvest the produce at the store.”
